1. Introduction

Welcome to Elite Business Coaching Turkey ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, coaching services, workshops, and related content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

3. Service Description

Elite Business Coaching Turkey provides business coaching, consulting, training, and workshop services to individuals and organizations in Turkey and internationally. Our services may include but are not limited to executive coaching, business strategy development, team performance coaching, leadership development, cross-cultural business navigation, and digital transformation coaching.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and resources provided as part of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and workshop materials are the property of Elite Business Coaching Turkey or our content suppliers and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with our coaching services. You may not:

• Modify or copy our materials
• Use our materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

5. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and coaching engagements
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach
• Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services

6. Payment and Fees

Fees for our coaching services, workshops, and programs are clearly stated on our website or in our proposals and agreements. All fees are in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be outlined in your specific coaching agreement or workshop registration.

For workshops and events, full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your place. For coaching engagements, payment schedules will be specified in your coaching agreement.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods specified on our website. All payments are processed through secure payment processors.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

For coaching services, our cancellation policy will be outlined in your coaching agreement. Generally, we require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation of coaching sessions.

For workshops and events:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund less a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund
• You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us in writing

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops or events due to low enrollment, presenter illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elite Business Coaching Turkey, its directors, employees, partners, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.

We provide coaching and advisory services, but ultimately, all business decisions remain the responsibility of the client. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using our Services. Business coaching is designed to help you identify opportunities and develop skills, but implementation and results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party unless required by law or with your explicit permission. However, you agree that we may use your company name and general nature of services provided as a reference in our marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Coaching sessions are confidential, but general insights and principles (without identifying specific clients) may be used in our educational materials, workshops, or publications.

10. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when using our Services. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite Business Coaching Turkey regarding our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning our Services.
